On ramp beginners course
On ramp is designed to introduce the movements and workouts we do in CrossFit on a daily basis as well as introduce the foundations of living a healthy and active life. As such, it is important for you to attend the requisite on ramp before attending the normal class.
The amount of time spent in on ramp can vary from person to person depending on how quickly you catch on to the movements. Some stay in on ramp longer than others, and it’s nothing to worry about. We pride ourselves in the wide range of fitness levels we can accommodate. Most athletes complete On ramp in 6 sessions.
